The oldest Fast-Food of the world hails from Graubünden: The Salsiz!

But don’t be scared, the Drive-In is a Walk-In at the Länta, the living room of the hut possesses a rustic flair, and the dinner, served in three or four courses, is an uncomplicated and very tasty meal.

We serve traditional specialties from Graubünden and Tessin. The used ingredients change with the season and we use only regional meat. We bake our bread every morning in the wood stove and the build of the warden tells you everything you have to know about our cakes and coffe.

Of course we serve drinks with every taste and color, hot and cold, with and without alcohol, in little or big glasses. Our specialties are a few elected wines, whiskeys, grappas from Tessin and a huge selection of teas.

Dinner

The dinner is served as a vegetarian menu consisting out of three or four courses.

The first course is served at 7 PM, during the autumn and the winter we start at 6:30 PM.

If the dinner contains meat, you can order a vegetarian version. Please say it already during the reservation if you wish a vegetarian dinner.

Breakfast

We serve the breakfast between 4 AM and 8 AM, depending on the length of your trip and your wish to start your new day.

The breakfast is served, with fresh bread, muesli, etc.

Allergic persons

We can only react on allergies like celiac disease or lactose intolerance and offer alternatives if you tell us during the reservation.

Enduring – regional - biological

We thank for your understanding that most traditional receipts contain meat or cheese. This makes sense even new interpreted and creatively cooked, because the mountain farmers of the region don’t own large fields with fruits and vegetables, but cattle, pigs, sheep and goats.
